Product Description
RUFCO® 610B, 1010B and 2010B are membranes consisting of a blended linear polyethylene. Carbon black provides protection from UV rays. Puncture and tear strengths far exceed common C & A polyethylene films.
Product Use
RUFCO® 610B, 1010B and 2010B provide the answer to applications requiring a low-cost sheeting with high puncture and tear strengths in a light-weight film.
These products have excellent elongation which make them readily moldable around unusual shapes without failing. RUFCO® 610B, 1010B and 2010B are used in many covering and unexposed lining applications.
Size & Packaging
RUFCO® 610B and 1010B are available in various increments up to 80,000 square foot panels. RUFCO® 2010B is available in large panels up to 60,000 square feet. All panels are accordion folded and tightly rolled on a heavy-duty core for ease of handling and time saving installation.

RUFCO® 610, 1010B and 2010B contain a very high-strength polyethylene resin blended with our in-house trim and select reprocessed material. RUFCO 610B, 1010B and 2010B are an excellent material to offer higher performance properties as an economical option with puncture and tear strengths far exceeding common C & A polyethylene films. RUFCO® 610B, 1010B and 2010B are offered as an alternative to our virgin resin films for non-critical applications and may contain minor cosmetic gels, small surface particles and a lower minimum thickness tolerance.

Rufco®3015B
LLDPE Black Polyethylene
Product Description
Rufco® 3015B is a mono-layer polyethylene produced with select virgin grade resins and carbon black to provide protection from UV radiation and thermal degradation. These materials do not contain plasticizers that in time can migrate to the surface, causing premature aging. Rufco® 3015B provides a more economical solution for many applications.

Rufco® 3015B provides the answer to applications requiring a lower cost solution with high puncture and tear strengths.Rufco® 3015B offers excellent elongation properties and is designed to remain flexible and conform to a variety of shapes in many covering and lining applications.
Size & Packaging
Rufco® 3015B is available on a custom run basis with minimum order requirements and can be fabricated into panels up to 33,000 square foot each. All panels are accordion folded every 5 feet, and tightly rolled onto a heavy-duty core for ease of handling and time saving installation.

Rufco® 3015B is high strength mono-layer polyethylene produced with high performance virgin-grade resin. Rufco® 3015B provides excellent tear and puncture strengths and contains carbon black and thermal stabilizers for good outdoor longevity and UV degradation.

Enhanced Grip Surface
Product Description
Rufco® E15DBS is a multi-layer, metallocene linear low density polyethylene geomembrane with an enhanced grip surface on one side. Fine N110 carbon black (black layer) and high performance U.V. stabilizers (gray layer) provide long term protection from thermal oxidation and ultraviolet degradation. Metallocene polyethylene provides exceptional toughness, multi-axial elongation and impact resistance.
Product Use
Rufco® E15DBS is used in lining and cover applications requiring good outdoor weatherability, toughness and puncture resistance. A lightly textured surface provides enhanced grip for ease of installation and worker safety. The products ability to conform to uneven surfaces and resist puncture through multi-axial elongation allows it to be used in a wide variety of applications.

Rufco® E15DBS is a multi-layer membrane consisting of premium metallocene linear low density polyethylene. Carbon black is added to the black layer and UV additives and thermal stabilizers are added to the gray layer to assure outdoor longevity and extended service life. An enhanced grip surface is added to one side for ease of installation and job site safety. Rufco® E15DBS is not a textured geomembrane to be used for slope stabilization.
FRS R25B Single Sided Elastomeric Tape
R25B Tape is a single sided aggressive synthetic elastomeric adhesive that bonds instantly to properly prepared polyethylene and polypropylene. The black polymer backing and adhesive is specially formulated to provide years of performance even in direct sunlight. A poly release liner provides for ease of installation.
Available in a 4” x 100’ roll.
Butyl Seal Tape (TB2BR)
Butyl seal is a double-sided reinforced aggressive black butyl rubber tape used to join panels of polyethylene and polypropylene together by overlapping the edges and applying Butyl Seal in between. It is also used to adhere to concrete walls and footings when properly prepared. Butyl Seal is non-hardening and flexible.
Available in 2” x 50’ roll.

Fine N110 carbon black and high performance stabilizers provide long-term protection from thermal oxidation and ultraviolet degradation. A combination of premium linear polyethylenes provide exceptional toughness, multi-axial elongation and impact resistance.

Rufco® E30BS is used in lining and cover applications requiring good outdoor weatherability, toughness and puncture resistance. A lightly textured surface provides enhanced grip for ease of installation and worker safety without the *VELCRO® type adhesion that can make deployment over non-wovens difficult. The product’s ability to conform to uneven surfaces and resist puncture through multi-axial elongation allows it to be used in a wide variety of applications.
